WEDDING RECEPTIONS. Please note Northcourt does  not have a civil license for weddings. We just provide a location for receptions. , but we do not have receptions in school summer holidays and avoid bank holidays. Any reception requires you to guarantee guests taking a minium number of rooms for a minimum of two nights on a b&b and/or self-catered basis. This allows exclusive use. enquire james@northcourthouse.co.uk

Northcourt Stables. We have had planning granted for  residential coursein the stables and restoration of the building and kitchen garden. The plans are available on the Isle of Wight council website under  http://www.iwight.com/council/departments/planning/appsdip/AppDetails3.aspx?frmId=24352. Due to high costs of renovation and conditions to be satisfied, we are not yet in a position to proceed. However we have built a cottage on footprint of old glasshouses and replaced one glass house for which we received the top IW RIBA award. We fitted a replacement clock tower in June 2018, and the roof has been reslated..
